It is time to celebrate the success of more IBMS members in the Diploma of Expert Practice (DEP) or Advanced Specialist Diploma (ASD) in Histological Dissection and the DEP in Immunocytochemistry exams.

Before candidates enter the exams, they must pass the portfolio element of the assessment. Within the portfolio candidates must provide evidence including a case log, case reviews, case studies, audits, formative assessments and training sessions. This is marked against a set of standards that are specific to the qualification being undertaken.
